Rich integration with Visual Studio 2010. When developing solutions for SharePoint in Visual Studio you can FINALLY debug by pressing F5. When debugging starts, the solution is compiled, uploaded to the SharePoint server, and executed in a debugging session in Visual Studio (meaning step through and breakpoints are supported). Sharepoint is not fully supported by TFS and source control management.
